Who is responsible
This site is run as a personal project by Ardit Mataj, who is responsible for your data. Contact: ardit.mataj@tidra.fr.
What we store, and for how long
Account (optional): your email, username and password, the password stored hashed (bcrypt) by Supabase, our authentication provider: nobody can read it. Kept until you delete your account. Games: the name you pick, chat messages and room state, deleted automatically 2 days after a room was last used. Scores and Elo: kept for the leaderboards, and deleted with your account. Webcams go straight between players and are never recorded.
Why (legal bases)
Your account, games and scores are used to provide the game you're playing (performance of the service). Personalised ads and their cookies are only used with your consent. Keeping the site secure (sessions, abuse protection) is our legitimate interest.
Stored in your browser
Your game and account session, your name, your language and an anonymous profile id. They are strictly necessary to run the game, and never used for ads or tracking.
Ads and cookies
The site shows Google AdSense ads. On your first visit, a message from Google asks whether you accept advertising cookies: without your consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. You can change your mind at any time with the button below.
Who receives your data
Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting) and Google (ads, depending on your cookie choice). Some of them may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards the GDPR provides (European Commission standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework). Your data is never sold.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy. You can delete your account yourself from your account menu (“Delete my account”), or write to ardit.mataj@tidra.fr. If you disagree with us, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
